  1. Do I need to make an account for placing an order..??

A: It is advisable to make an account to get updates on deals and discount and to keep a track on your orders, but yes you can login as a guest too.

  1. How can I track my order status…??

A: You can check the order status by visiting the “My Orders” section. There you can instantly see the status of a specific order.

  1. Can I modify my order…??

A: You can always modify your unshipped order by visiting “My Order Section”.

  1. How would I know that my order is successfully placed..??

A: After placing the order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email and message from our end.

  1. How to cancel the order..??

A: Go to your order in “My order” section and click on cancel order.

  1. I just placed my order but not received any confirmation till yet…??

A: An email and the message is sent automatically from our systems once the order is received. In case payment is deducted from your end then not to worry, you can still check the status by visiting “My Order” section.

  1. What do you mean by “Invalid Pincode” while I have entered the correct Pincode..??

A: It means we are currently not delivering in your pin-code area. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

  1. Do you guys ship outside India..??

A: Unfortunately we do not ship outside India at the moment.

 
Shipping & Delivery Related:
  1. My order is shipped but not yet delivered…??

A: Depending upon your location, Shipping generally takes 4-5 days. In very rare cases you might found delay because of clearance.

  1. The order shows delivered but I have not received yet..??

A: In that case, you can do the following:

  1. Review your address.
  2. Check with neighbors
  3. Check delivery email
  4. Report to us
  1. Can I cancel the order which is out for delivery..??

A: Yes, You can cancel the order at the time of delivery.

  1. What shopping modes are available..??

A: Surface Shopping modes are available.

  1. How to change delivery information like address or phone number..??

A: You can update your address, email, phone number etc. before shipping by visiting order section. There you will find an edit button.

 

  1. What if I get the wrong item..??

A: If you have received a wrong item, then you can place a return/ replace request and can also mention the reason that “wrong item was sent”.

  1. Can I refuse the order when it is delivered to me..??

A: Yes, you can refuse the order at the time of delivery.

  1. How long generally an order takes to deliver…??

A: Depending upon the location, it generally takes 3-4 days.

  1. Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel..??

A: Sorry for that, we are probably provide best shipping services and it’s chargeable, you want to cancel order after received, then not refunded your shipping charges.

  1. What if I am not available at home at the time of delivery..??

A: When the order is out for delivery, we will keep informing you about status through the message. You can direct neighbor to receive the product.

 

Payment and Cancellation related:

  1. I tried to make the payment but it failed. What do I do...??

A: Payment may fail due to a server and other issues. You can try making the second attempt after a few minutes.

  1. Transaction not successful but amount deducted from my account…??

A: Sometimes due to server issue payment gets debited from the user’s account. In such cases, the amount gets automatically refunded by the bank within 2 – 3 Working Days.

  1. When can I expect a full refund of the order I canceled..???

A: Once you place the cancellation request, an order cancellation request mail is sent to you from our system along with the refund details. It generally takes 8-9 working days, depend your banking system.

  1. How can I track my return Status..??

A: Go to your orders and click on return/ refund status.

  1. Are there any Cancellation Charges..??

A:  We are sure about our Product, if you are not happy with the product then you cancel your order and this is not chargeable only we are only shipping charge deducted.

RETURN POLICY:

  1. Within how many days we can place a return request..??

A: You can place a return request within 7 working days of delivery. But one Thing In Mind If the Received product is Damaged or Wrong Delivered.

  1. Do you charge any amount as return charges..??

A: No, It’s Absolute free. Expect only shipping charges.

  1. I can not see the Return option in my account..?

A: If you just got your order then It may take some time from our end to update your tracking ID. Once the tracking ID is updated, you will see the return option in your Account.

  1. I placed my return request but nobody has picked up it yet..??

A: Depending upon your location, generally it takes 3-4 working days to pick up the order. Please make sure while returning the order packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

  1. Can I place a return request twice..??

A: Yes, only if the wrong item is delivered.

  1. Why my return request has been declined..??

A: This generally happens when the item you returned is either used, damaged or original tags are missing.

  1. I have ordered multiple items, can I return part of my order..??

A: Yes, If you have purchased multiple items, return request can be created for a single/part item too.

  1. Why did pick up of my product fail..??
A: We make 2 attempts to pick up the order, if the item is not picked up in the 3rd attempt itself then we mark it as failed. In that case, you can initiate a new request for return.
